- 16 oz asparagus, trimmed and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- place asparagus with the chicken stock and garlic in a saucepan. simmer over medium heat until the asparagus becomes soft (4-5 minutes). Take mixture and blend it up in the blender until smooth. Serve warm or chilled.
