Ingredients
- 4 oz ground beef
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion (optional)
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatos
- 1-2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- in a saucepan, brown ground beef, then drain. Add in the onion. Stir in the can of diced tomatoes as well as the large chopped tomato. Season with italian seasoning. Simmer for about 2 hours. Add pink salt and pepper for desired flavor.
