Crab Stew

Ingredients
- 5 oz crab meat
- 8 oz Campari tomatoes or cut up bigger tomatoes or use cherry tomatoes
- 2/3 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chicken stock or water
- 1 tablespoon Bragg's apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- chive for garnish

Instructions
- Put liquid ingredients in saucepan, along with garlic. Salute on medium heat until garlic is fragrant. Add tomatoes and cook until starting to soften (keep stirring to prevent sticking). After tomatoes cook down, add crab meat and heat through on low heat for about 8 minutes.
