Ingredients
- 5-6 oz frozen cod fillet
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 12 oz celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoons dried basil
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Place Tomatoes, celery and spices in media size stockpot. Bring to a boil over medium heat.Add frozen fish fillets. Reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes. Cook until mixture is heated through and fish is opaque and flaky. Then with a little water, if desired.
