- 8 oz green pepper, cut into thick pieces
- 2/3 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric

Instructions
- Heat water in skillet over medium- high heat. Add in peppers and garlic. Cover and cook until peppers start to soften. Stir in spices and continue to cook, uncovered, until sauce reduces to desired consistency. add more water if needed.
