- 3.5 ounces ground beef 90/10 cut
- 8 ounces bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 - 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup Water

- Brown ground beef in skillet over med-high heat. Add water and taco seasoning and stir. Add bell peppers and cover. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until peppers are cooked and liquid is gone from skillet
