Beefy tomato “Rice” Bowl

Ingredients
- 3.5 ounces 90/10 ground beef
- 8 ounces cauliflower
- 5 ounces tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Heat skillet to med-high heat. Brown the beef in the skillet. "Rice" the Cauliflower in a food processor by pulsing florets until they are rice-like consistency. Chop tomatoes into bite size pieces and add into the skillet. Stir in spices and cook until cauliflower is desired consistency.
