Braised Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 ounces chicken breast
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon pink salt
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Bragg's apple cider vinegar
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with pepper, salt, and garlic powder then cut into bite sized pieces. Brown seasoned chicken breasts. Pour tomatoes and both vinegars her chicken, season with onion powder, basil, oregano, rosemary and thyme. Simmer until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes.
