Chicken Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 3.5 ounces chicken breast cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup Water
- 8 ounces asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 dash cayenne
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Steam asparagus until tender, but still crisp. Set aside. Heat water in a skillet and add chicken strips,stirring, until cooked almost all the way through. Add the grated ginger, garlic, and cayenne. When th liquid is reduced by half, add in the asparagus and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or chilled.
