- 3.5 ounces chicken (ground or breast)
- 4 ounces red peppers, thickly chopped
- 4 ounces green peppers, thinly chopped
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning

Instructions
- Heat water in skillet over medium- high heat. Cook chicken until fully cooked. Add peppers, cover, and cook until tender. Drain most of the water and add in taco seasoning. Stir and cook for another minute
