- 1/8 cup Water
- 8 ounces slices mushrooms
- 8 ounces tomato, chopped
- 1/2-1 tablespoon basil
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

- Heat water in skillet over med-high heat. Add mushrooms, tomato, basil, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until mushrooms are cooked through.
