BBQ Chicken and “RICE”

Ingredients
- 3 ounces baked chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
- 8 ounces green cabbage
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons Simple Girl BBQ Sauce
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Heat vinegar in skillet over medium-hight heat. Cut cabbage into bite-sized slices or pulse in food processor until rice consistency is reached. Place cabbage in skillet and cover with lid. Cook about 5 minutes. Stern BBQ sauce, onion powder, and chicken and continue to cook until cabbage is soft. Remove from heat and season with pink salt and pepper.
