- 1/2 cup Water
- 4 ounces ground elk
- 8 ounces mushrooms, quartered
- 1 clove e minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- pink salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Simple Girl Carolina Kick BBQ Sauce

Instructions
- Heat water in skillet over med-high heat. Add ground elk, mushrooms, and garlic. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is fully cooked. Drain water. Stir in onion powder, Bbq sauce and pink salt.
