  1. Preheat the over to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Pulse mushrooms in food processor then transfer into a bowl. Sit in lemon juice, liquid amigos, and spices. Add beef to bowl and combine all the ingredients together with your hands. Scoop mixture out by the spoonful into 8 mounds, onto lined pan and flatten into nugget shape. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
