Beefy Mushroom Poppers

Ingredients
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Bragg's liquid aminos
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 3.5 ounces 90/10 ground beef

Instructions
- Preheat the over to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Pulse mushrooms in food processor then transfer into a bowl. Sit in lemon juice, liquid amigos, and spices. Add beef to bowl and combine all the ingredients together with your hands. Scoop mixture out by the spoonful into 8 mounds, onto lined pan and flatten into nugget shape. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
