- 1/2 cup cherries
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 3.5 ounces 90/10 ground bison

Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix hot sauce, celery seed, and pepper into bison. Chop Cherries coarsely. Stir cherries into meat. Scoop mixture out by the spoonful into 6 mounds into baking sheet and flatten slightly, if desired. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
