- 3.5 ounces bison meat
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon pink salt

Instructions
- Preheat over to 400 degrees. Grind mushrooms and seasoning un food processor to a fine consistency. Add bison and process until incorporated evenly. Roll in to balls. Bake for 25 minutes.
