- 3.5 ounces ground bison
- 8 ounces baby portobello mushrooms stems removed
- italian seasoning, to taste
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat over 385 degrees. Season meat with Italian seasoning and pepper. Chop mushroom stems and add to meat. Stuff mushroom caps with meat mixture. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes
