- 3.5 ounces ground beef or bison
- 8 ounces celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
make your own: numeric, cumin, chili powder, pepper, cloves and salt
- 1/8 cup Water

Instructions
- Brown buffalo in skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in celery, water and curry powder. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook until celery is tender. remove lid and continue cooking a few minutes until liquid is almost gone.
