Ingredients
- 4 ounces ground buffalo
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoons Water
- 8 ounces canned diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces canned tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 16 ounces shredded cabbage
- 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- Over medium- heat, heat up 2 tablespoons of water, 3 garlic cloves, and onion powder. Saute until meat is fully browned. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste. Mix well. Add additional spices as needed. Let simmer and stir occasionally. In separate pan, add 2 tablespoons of water, 1 garlic clove, and saute for 1 minute. Add cabbage and remaining seasoning. Saute until soft. Drain and put on a plate. Top with sauce and serve.
