Cajun Scallops ( or Shrimp)

Ingredients
- 4.5 ounces scallops or shrimp
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pink salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
- Mix together lemon juice , cayenne, garlic, salt, pepper and scallops. Fill a non-stick frying pan with water and place scallops and cover with the lid for 10 minutes.
