Cajun Shrimp Pepper Nachos

Ingredients
- 5 ounces cooked shrimp
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Cajun Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Water
- 8 ounces bell pepper cut into 4-6 slices
- 4 ounces bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- pink salt, to taste

Instructions
- Heat water in skillet over medium - high heat. Add 4 oz of chopped peppers and cook until soften. Stir in onion powder and Cajun seasoning and cook until water is reduced. Cut shrimp into bite sized pieces and stir into cooked peppers. Arrange pepper slices on plate and scoop shrimp mixture into each slice. Sprinkle with pink salt.
