Chicken Salad Cucumber Cups

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cucumber
- 3 ounces cooked chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Bragg's apple cider vinegar
- Sweet Drops - Clear stevia to taste
- pink salt and pepper, to taste
- Water
- paprika, to taste
- garlic, to taste

Instructions
- Slice cucumber into 1 inch pieces. Scoop out seeds with melon baller tool. Combine cucumber insides, chicken mustard, acv, salt, pepper and stevia in food processor ( or magic bullet). Process until well combined and creamy, adding water as needed. Spoon mixture into cucumber cups. Top with paprika and garlic powder.
