Chicken Spinach Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 8 oz chicken stock
- 2-4 cups Water
- 3 cups dices tomatoes
- 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
- 3-4 oz cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for spinach, in a saucepan over med-high heat. Heat until simmering. add spinach and cook another 3-4 minutes.
