Ingredients
- 16 ounces cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon chives
- 3 roasted garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Steam cauliflower in saucepan until softened, about 6-8 minutes. Drain cauliflower and transfer to food processor. Add in garlic cloves and seasonings and process until desired texture is reached.
