Meatball Spinach Soup

Ingredients
- 1 batch of meatballs
- 16 oz frozen spinach
- 4-5 cups Water
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2-3 teaspoons onion powder
- 2-3 teaspoons paprika
- 2-3 teaspoons pink salt

Instructions
- Heat just 1 cup of water first over medium- high heat in large saucepan. Add spinach to pan and over until spinach is starting to warm. Add all spices and continue to cook for about 5 more minutes. Transfer spinach to a food processor and process on high. Add water and continue to process until desired consistency is reached. Transfer back to saucepan and add meatballs, until heated through.
