- 1 batch cauliflower tortillas
- 8 ounces tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
- 2 teaspoons Pompeian balsamic vinegar
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, onion powder, basil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Spoon bruschetta onto each tortilla
