Sweet Strawberry Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1/2 cup strawberries, cut into quarters
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried mint
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Sweet Drops - Clear stevia to taste

Instructions
- Slice the cucumber in half and dice. Combine vinegar, water, mint, cinnamon and stevia in small bowl. Add cucumber and allow to soak. take the strawberries and add them to the cucumber, and toss until all ingredients are covered.
