Tomato Basil Swordfish Salad

- 5-6 oz Swordfish
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 serving Tomato Basil Vinaigrette
- pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place swordfish on parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with pink salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes and place in the fridge to cool. Combine lettuce and tomatoes in a bowl. Top with swordfish and tomato Basil Vinaigrette.
