Ingredients

Swanson chick stock

ground veal, shaped into small meatballs

fresh spinach
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except spinach in pot and heat to boil. Reduce heat and let simmer of about 30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. Add Spinach and cook until wilted, but still crunchy, then cook for 5 more minutes.
